Opensend Q1 ’26 Product Updates

A new chapter begins — and we’re just getting started
More identity. Better signals. Faster growth.
The way marketers use data is changing—fast.
Signal loss is increasing. Attribution is getting harder. And the gap between what you collect and what you can actually use is wider than ever.
That’s the backdrop for everything we shipped this quarter.
With our (acquisition of Fueled) and the addition of Sean Larkin as Chief Product Officer, Opensend is entering a new phase—focused on one thing:
Helping you turn more of your traffic into identifiable, actionable, revenue-driving data.
Here’s what we shipped in Q1.
Know more of your customers (not just your clicks)
Most brands are still flying blind on a large percentage of their traffic.
We focused this quarter on closing that gap—improving how identity is captured, matched, and made usable across your stack.
Form Listeners: capture identity as it happens
We introduced zero-party data Form Listeners that automatically detect and capture emails and phone numbers across your site—from popups to checkout, login, and surveys.
No integrations. No engineering lift.
As users interact, those identifiers are:
- Attached to Reconnect’s identity graph in real time
- Turned into server-side events
- Made immediately usable across your marketing channels
What this means for you: More known users, higher match rates, and stronger performance across email and paid media.
Post-cookie, without the drop-off
With Shopify’s Y cookie being deprecated, many brands risk losing visibility into a meaningful portion of their traffic.
We rolled out a server-side replacement that preserves tracking continuity—without requiring any client-side changes.
What this means for you: No sudden gaps in data, no scrambling to patch tracking, and no loss of insight where it matters most. (Learn More)
Turn behavior into revenue—faster
Identity is only valuable if you can act on it.
This quarter, we expanded how quickly and effectively you can activate customer data across both lifecycle and paid channels.
Real-time lifecycle marketing (Reconnect → Attentive)
Reconnect now streams real-time behavioral events—like product views, cart activity, and checkout starts—directly into Attentive (Email).
So instead of reacting hours (or days) later, you can engage users in the moment they show intent.
What this means for you: More timely messaging, more relevant journeys, and higher conversion across lifecycle flows. (Learn More)
Stronger paid performance (Fueled → TikTok CAPI)
We launched a TikTok Conversions API integration through Fueled, sending server-side events directly to TikTok.
This bypasses browser limitations and improves signal quality where it matters most.
What this means for you: Better attribution, more efficient spend, and stronger campaign performance.
Operate with more control (and fewer surprises)
As your data volume grows, so does the need for predictability.
We rebuilt key parts of billing to give teams more visibility and control—without slowing anything down.
What’s new:
Usage Alerts and Flexible Plan Changes
You can now set custom usage thresholds to get notified before hitting limits, and choose whether plan changes take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle — giving you more control over spend and reducing unexpected interruptions. (Update Here)
Additional Billing Recipients
Billing communications can now be sent to multiple stakeholders automatically, improving internal visibility and reducing manual coordination across teams. (Learn More)
What this means for you: Fewer surprises, better planning, and smoother scaling.
Under the hood: better data, end to end
Not every improvement is visible—but they compound.
This quarter, we strengthened the foundation of the platform:
- More resilient data pipelines
- Faster signal processing
- Improved SDK performance
- Expanded cross-platform tracking
What this means for you: Less data loss, more complete coverage, and analytics you can actually trust.
What this all adds up to
Marketing performance today comes down to three things:
- How much of your traffic you can actually identify
- How quickly you can act on that data
- How reliable your signals are across channels
This quarter, we pushed forward on all three.
You can now:
- Recognize more of your customers
- Activate data in real time
- Rely on stronger signals across both owned and paid channels
All with less manual work—and more confidence in the outcome.
We’re building faster, going deeper, and focusing on what actually drives growth.
More to come soon.
